The English speaking instructor will customise your session to suit your personal goals and requirements in a safe manner and with proper alignment.

Semi-Private Pilates Session
For groups of two, sessions are split 40 mins mat pilates /10 mins with equipment.
1 session (60mins) ¥8,000 (¥4,000 pp)
5 sessions (5% off) ¥38,000 (¥19,500 pp)
10 sessions (10% off) ¥72,000 (¥36,000 pp)
